Qualifications

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.

• Establish and maintain professional communication with Clients, family, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive non-medical care to Clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Help with personal care tasks and grooming under supervision.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent shift coverage for reliability.
• Ensure safe transportation when required and coordinate with Clients.

As an In-home Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh, you will:

• Provide attention to Clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist Client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Be required to perform personal care with our clients (transfer assistance, showering/bathing assistance, toileting assistance as well as dressing and grooming)
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with Clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver license and auto insurance will be requested)
