Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking dedicated In-home Aides to join the North Raleigh team. You will provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes, focusing on companionship and supportive daily activities.

You will assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and reminders for medications, while performing personal care tasks as needed and maintaining professional relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must provide non-medical in-home care and support.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license/insurance may be required.
• Willingness to complete orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to Clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist Client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Perform personal care tasks (transfer, bathing, toileting, dressing) as needed.
• Establish professional relationships with Clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as required.

As an In-home Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh, you will:

• Provide attention to Clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist Client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Be required to perform personal care with our clients (transfer assistance, showering/bathing assistance, toileting assistance as well as dressing and grooming)
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with Clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver license and auto insurance will be requested)
