Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home care across Indiana. Build one-on-one relationships and help clients maintain health, quality of life, and peace of mind while working on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates communicate well, respect cultural differences, and uphold safety and confidentiality in clients' homes. A TB test, valid driver’s license with insurance, and High School Diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and submit proof to Human Resources.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance as required by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and transportation support.
• Promote safety and independence while maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.
• Follow plan of care prepared by the supervising RN and report changes promptly.
