You will assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, while engaging residents in meaningful conversations and promoting independence.

Training and certification comply with state regulations; opportunities for career advancement exist, including CNA/STNA and QMAP roles.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with daily tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete training/certification as required by state regulations.
