Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct resident care understanding and compassion.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and recognize individual needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with household duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
