Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver (Finance) to provide compassionate daily care for residents in a large senior living community. You will assist with activities of daily living, support independence, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help with housekeeping tasks.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Compliance with state regulations and company policies; training or certification may be required.
