Job summary

Favor Health Care Services Llc is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in-home. You will assist with hygiene, light housekeeping, meals, medication dispensing, and provide companionship to enhance quality of life.

The ideal candidate has prior caregiver or home health aide experience, is CPR/First Aid certified, and demonstrates strong communication skills. Flex schedule and part-time hours (16 per week) available to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards.
