Job summary

Ritas Care at Home LLC is seeking full and part time caregivers to support seniors and disabled individuals in Columbia, TN. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication dispensing, and provide companionship to improve living conditions.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with CPR/First Aid certification and knowledge of safety guidelines. Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
