Job summary

Agemark Senior Living's CountryHouse Lincoln III in Lincoln, NE is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to help residents feel safe, supported, and at home. You’ll assist with daily activities, promote independence, and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

This role offers training, opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized aging services provider, and a friendly team that values what you do.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Support residents with compassion while encouraging independence.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition.
• Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day.
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized care.
• Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times.
