Sedgebrook in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide one-on-one support to residents in their apartment homes, helping them stay independent with dignity. The role is part-time or PRN, with pay between $17.35 and $20.14 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, companionship, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and accompanying residents to appointments or activities, all while documenting services on a mobile app and

Scheduling & Availability

Part-Time

• Flexible scheduling
• Consistent weekly availability required
• Weekend availability required

PRN (As Needed)

• Flexible scheduling
• Must be available to pick up at least two shifts per month

Weekend Availability Requirement

To help ensure consistent support for our residents, caregivers must be available for either:

• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) with at least 8 hours of availability each day, or
• One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week with at least 8 hours of availability

Preferred Shift Options

12-Hour Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Short Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or similar professional experience
• Experience supporting seniors or individuals living with dementia
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
• Background in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or home care
