Job summary

The Arbor Terrace Highland Park is seeking compassionate caregivers for part-time schedules in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Training is provided and no certification is required. Weekend shift differential of $1.50/hour is offered, with various shifts including 7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, and 11PM–7AM.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Certification or license is NOT required.
Previous caregiving or related experience helpful but not required.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and care for seniors with patience and kindness.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors (as a caregiver).
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Encourage resident engagement and socialization.
Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
