Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay with daily pay options, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career growth. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
