Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support in Compton, CA. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meals, and reminders, and build trusting relationships with clients and families.

We emphasize reliable scheduling, paid orientation, ongoing training, and benefits. Competitive pay ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with overtime and holiday pay plus flexible shifts to match client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Photo ID
• Social Security Card (or acceptable I-9 documents)
• TB Test (within the last year)
• CPR & First Aid Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
