Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and deliver in-home care with warmth and dedication. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and support clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent and engaged.

Qualifications

• Valid Photo ID.
• Social Security Card or acceptable I-9 documents.
• TB Test within the last year.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements (Must Meet for Consideration):
