Job Description:
As a caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and behavior
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents' needs are met
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents
