Job summary

Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist individuals with developmental needs in their home and community settings. You will support personal hygiene, daily routines, and participation in community activities, while building meaningful relationships with participants and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and pursue personal goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Pay Rate

$10.00 - $10.50 per hour.
