Job summary

Havenwood of Maple Grove is seeking an attentive Caregiver/Resident Care Assistant to join our team. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with meals, document shifts, and communicate with residents and families to support wellbeing.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and about 1 year of CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience. We offer competitive wages, holiday pay, and a supportive, hospitality‑minded team dedicated to engaging seniors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist all residents with high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist residents with mealtime, cut food, encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and Director as needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Caregiver/Resident Care Assistant to join our team.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist all residents/clients with a high-quality personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned; if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

$18+/hour DOE.

Double Pay for Holidays!!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
