Job summary

Wyndemere LLC is looking for a dedicated Resident Assistant at Havenwood of Minnetonka in Minnesota. This part-time position offers a chance to make a significant impact in the lives of seniors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist all residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents during mealtime and encourage eating.
• Document shift assignments and report issues if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Provide activities for residents as directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team.

Salary: $19-22/hour

Schedule: Part-time opportunity 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, or 10:00pm-6:30am

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service
