IVY PARK AT WOODLAND HILLS, part of Oakmont Management Group, is hiring Caregivers for part-time AM (6am-2pm) and PM (2pm-10pm) shifts on Sundays and Mondays in Los Angeles, CA. The role provides personal assistance and daily care to residents to enhance independence and quality of life.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided, and a criminal background check and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor immediately of observed or suspected changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.

The Care Provider is responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care and services related to the residents in order to enhance the residents’ independence and quality of life, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
