Job summary

Independent Home Health in Factoryville, PA is hiring dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes across Factoryville and nearby communities. You will help individuals stay safe, comfortable and independent at home while building meaningful relationships.

No professional caregiving experience is required. If you are reliable, patient, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you. Flexible scheduling and local support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming

• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to complete required background checks
• Be dependable, caring and patient

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
