Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Crookston, MN. This part-time role offers evening and weekend shifts and the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven team.

You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and help participants engage in community-based activities while upholding dignity and respect. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Support participants in activities and community integration
• Encourage participation in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals

Wage: 20.00

Parttime: Mon,Wed,Fri 3pm-9pm and every other weekend 2pm-10pm

OR

Tues/ Thurs 3pm-9pm And Every Other Weekend 4pm-10pm
