Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring caregiver to support residents with daily activities, safety, and engagement. You will follow ISPs, assist with personal care, and help create meaningful moments in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills. Training and advancement opportunities are available within Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
