Qualifications

• Experience caregiving in-home, assisting clients with activities of daily living.
• Experience working with clients who have Dementia.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Follow the plan of care while collaborating with Client Managers.
• Complete a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience caregiving in-home, assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, bed-care; nocertification required
• Experience working with clients who have Dementia (such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc.)
• Following theplan of care and working with Client Managersas part of a care team
• Complete criminal background check
• Driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Cellphone/smart phone - able to clock in & out using app
• At least 18 years old
