Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Virginia is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. We offer paid onboarding, flexible schedules, and competitive pay starting at $17–$18 per hour, with overtime at time-and-a-half.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA, PCA or HHA preferred.
• Willing to participate in PCA course offered for free.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Be punctual and reliable to cover shifts.
