FirstLight Home Care of the South Hills is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in Bethel Park and surrounding areas. You will support bedtime routines, personal care, and ensure client safety throughout the night.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with on-site duties across the South Hills and nearby communities. Strong English communication, empathy, reliability, and the ability to follow care plans are essential; CPR/First Aid

• Monitor and provide support for any changes in the client's condition during the overnight shift.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver - Overnight at FirstLight Home Care of the South Hills, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care during overnight shifts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to ensure they receive the support they need for comfort and safety while living independently at home. You’ll have the flexibility to work across various locations within the South Hills and Northern Washington County, bringing peace of mind to families who trust us with their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate overnight care in clients' homes, ensuring their safety and comfort.
2. Assist clients with their evening and morning routines, including toileting, dressing, and personal care.
3. Engage in light conversation and provide companionship to ensure clients are not alone during the night.
4. Follow the specific overnight care plan developed for each client.
5. Monitor and provide support for any changes in the client's condition during the overnight shift.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time hours, with overnight shifts covering all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only, catering to clients in Bethel Park and surrounding areas.
