Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg is seeking compassionate Caregivers and PCAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams in Williamsburg, VA. We offer training for PCA, NA, and Med Tech roles, with starting pay $16–$18 per hour and both full-time and part-time opportunities across day and night shifts.

Schedule Requirement

Availability to work every other weekend is required.

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver or PCA, you will be the heart of our community—providing hands‑on care and emotional support to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care. You will:
