Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Caregiver for the evening shift (3pm–11pm) to support residents in a warm, caring community. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered and training is available for those without CNA licensing.

Formación

• No experience necessary; willing to be trained or CNA license.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
