Job Title: Caregiver or CNA - Weekends Private Home Care

Join RNS Private Duty Care as a Caregiver or CNA for weekend private home care in the Kansas City area.

Pay Range

The pay range is provided by RNS Private Duty Care. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Part-time weekend pay: $21/hr (based on experience and availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and adherence to safety policies
  • Insured vehicle in accordance with state and company policies
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
  • Access to email daily
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role
Responsibilities
  • Providing care as agreed with clients and case managers
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, vital signs, patient transfers, fall risk management, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication and pain management, transportation, and errands. Work with pets when necessary.
  • Following RNS policies, including conduct, HIPAA, dress code, and availability during weekends and holidays
  • Maintaining CPR certification (or completing within 90 days of hire)
  • Completing TB test (current or within 90 days of hire)
  • Working assigned shifts and arranging replacements as needed
