SeaStar Senior Services is a professional in-home care and care management company in Portland, Oregon. We provide home care, medical and social outings, and care management for seniors and vulnerable adults in Portland and the surrounding towns. We are looking for professional certified nursing assistants and caregivers who want to be part of a company focused on providing quality, compassionate care to our clients.

We Currently Have The Following Needs

On-call CNA needed to cover emergency call outs and open shifts. No set schedule. Pay is $25 an hour with $400 a week guaranteed pay.

Duties

  1. Provide home care to clients living in their own homes
  2. Meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands
  3. Social interaction with the clients - puzzles, games, reading
  4. Personal care, depending on assigned client needs
  5. Medication administration, depending on assigned client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • CNA preferred
  • Experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities
  • CPR certified or able to obtain
  • Good observational and writing skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and documentation
  • Driver's license, car, and clean driving record required

Compensation

  • Pay starts at $21 an hour depending on experience, education, and assigned client
  • PTO leave
  • Medication and annual training
  • $150 bonus at 90 days for CNAs
