Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado seeks compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and home support for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and maintain clear communication with families.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, ongoing training, and a supportive team focused on respect and growth. Weekly pay is coming soon to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
