Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes throughout Colorado. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, and help maintain independence for clients in a respectful, client-centered environment.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with ongoing training and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving field.
