Flatirons FlexCare in Longmont, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking support in clients' homes. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. We value reliability, communication, and a patient, caring attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
