CountryHouse Granite Bay, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking On-Call Caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents. You will support daily living activities, monitor well-being, and help create meaningful moments in a team-driven, EPIC culture.

Training is provided; prior caregiving is a bonus but not required. This on-call role offers daily pay options, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a values‑driven community that puts residents first.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, meals).

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
• Work alongside families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Promote safety, dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do.
• Jump in when needed and be a dependable part of the team.
