All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide individualized in-home care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and independence for clients in their homes. You will join a compassionate team that values making a difference every day.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, assisting with personal care, and transportation. A valid driver's license and background check are required; CPR preferred or obtainable before start date.

Qualifications

• Six months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Background check clearance required.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
