Heritage Green Assisted Living in Lynchburg, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily activities and to contribute to a warm, respectful community.

You will work closely with nursing staff, assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident well-being, and communicate needs to a licensed nurse. On demand pay is available, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and maintain simple records.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Willingness to work every other weekend.

Responsabilités

• Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs.
• Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.
• Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
