Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Findlay, OH, is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified routine services under supervision, supporting Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, housekeeping, laundry, dining support, and responding to resident calls; qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of relevant experience. The Heritage location at 2820 Greenacre Drive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Supports meal service, transport to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a good dining experience.
• Responds to residents' call lights promptly and checks residents unable to call for help frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, positioning).
• Supports personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.

Position Overview

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
