Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. The role involves non-certified routine services under supervision, including daily living assistance, meal service support, and housekeeping tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 1 year of related experience. This on-site position contributes to a caring team within a supportive community focused on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living such as hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to/from dining room, tray delivery and ensuring a good dining experience.
• Answers residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., positioning, hydration).
• Assists with personal care tasks according to state guidelines.

Position Overview

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
