Spring Gardens Mountain Ridge Assisted Living in Ogden, UT is seeking Caregivers to join our team. No experience is required as we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/ADLs as per resident service plan and licensure.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls and alarms promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered.
• Communicate resident status to nursing and shift changes.
• Promote independence and self-care for residents.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and infection control practices.
