Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our TerraBella Southport community. The Care Giver supports residents with daily living activities, promotes dignity and safety, and helps maintain a home-like environment.

12-hour shifts are offered, 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with full-time hours across a two-week rotation. You should have a CNA certification preferred or a high school diploma, be at least 18, and bring strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co‑workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community TerraBella Southport!

The Care Giver’s role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment. Want to get more out of your week, come work for us… Offering 12-hour shifts, 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am, fulltime hours in only a few days, so you have more time to do the things you need during the week. Schedules available using a base two‑week rotation, know the days you’re going to work, so you can plan ahead! Working alongside an amazing team, with a culture of collaboration and resident focused care.
