Job summary

CareCo Home Care in New Haven County, CT is seeking dedicated caregivers to support clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You will perform daily routines, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and provide compassionate support.

Interviews are walk-ins on Tuesdays at 10 AM at our Waterford office: 396 Willets Ave, Waterford, CT 06385. A high level of spoken English and a clean record are required; CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to cook simple meals.
• High level of spoken English; no criminal record.
• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain communication with the CareCo team as needed.

What You Will Do
