Job summary

CareCo Home Care in New Haven County, CT, is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will support clients in their homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, and companionship to promote safety and independence.

We value reliability and patience, and CNA certification is a strong advantage but not required. Walk-in interviews are welcome at our Waterford office, with commuting and schedules arranged to meet client needs.

What You Will Do

As a caregiver with CareCo, you will support clients in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Preparing simple meals
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Communicating with the CareCo team as needed

What We Are Looking For

Requirements and Preferences:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to cook simple meals
• Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable
• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required

Interviews and orientation are held as walk-ins on Tuesdays starting at 10 AM - no appointment needed, at our Waterford office:
