Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other transfer equipment as needed
Transport clients to appointments, errands, or community activities
Observe changes in clients' condition and communicate concerns to the care team
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or personal care is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required
Ability to provide care for clients with a wide range of physical and personal care needs
Comfortable working in homes with cats, dogs, and other household pets
Comfortable caring for clients who smoke
Experience with Hoyer lifts and other mobility equipment is a plus
