Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is seeking a weekday caregiver to assist a male client with personal care and daily living activities in the client’s home. Flexible hours during weekdays with daytime availability.

Qualifications include CNA preferred but not required, prior caregiver experience, ability to pass a background check, and being 18+ with reliable transportation to the client’s home. Training and ongoing support provided.

• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.).
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report activities completed and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity and behavior.

We have an immediate part‑time opening assisting a male client with personal care and other daily living activities.

Due to the intimate nature of the care provided, the client has requested a same‑sex caregiver for personal privacy reasons.

Flexible weekday hours — ideal for caregivers seeking steady work with daytime availability.

Qualified caregivers of all genders are encouraged to apply. Assignments are made based on qualifications, availability, client care needs, privacy considerations, and applicable law.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
