Job summary

BrightStar Care of Southern Orange County is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support a client in Dana Point. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, in-person in Dana Point, CA.

This part-time role requires caregiving experience and successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Responsibilities include companionship, transportation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal prep, personal hygiene support, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year caregiving experience or certified caregiving credentials preferred.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Transportation for appointments, errands, emergencies.
• Assist with activities, mobility, light walking or exercise.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Meal preparation.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping tasks.
