Clarity Care Inc in Wisconsin's Menasha area is seeking a Compassionate Caregiver to join our supportive home-based team. You will assist members with daily living activities, document tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming group home environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards; provide proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on caregiving: assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility; comfortable with mobility devices and safe transfers.
• Completes applicable documentation related to tasks and follows individual service plans.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary and welcoming group home; performs housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepares and serves meals following general nutritional guidelines and dietary needs; supports community activities.

Provides direct care support to our members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living; bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan. Be comfortable using mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation techniques like in assisted living facilities.Teaches and Guides members in achieving hopes, dreams, goals and objectives through self-direction, decision making, and goal setting.Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.Welcoming Home. Maintains a safe, sanitary and welcoming group home by performing housekeeping (vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom, dusting, bed making and changing linens); and laundry.Prepares and Serves Meals by following general nutritional guidelines, menus, individual dietary restrictions, needs and preferences to ensure consumer health.Community Activities.
