Integral Senior Living (ISL) invites you to join a community-focused team that supports independent living, assisted living and memory care across California and surrounding areas. The Care Giver role provides hands-on care and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas


• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident


• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed


• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
