Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in California. You will work as part of a collaborative care team, delivering hands-on care and companionship to residents to enhance comfort, wellbeing and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and the ability to manage daily activities for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of post-offer pre-employment screenings, including background check, drug screening, TB testing.

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued. A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.
