Position Details

Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Caregiver for The Preserve at Woodland Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Woodland Hills, California. We are currently hiring for part-time overnight/NOC shifts (10 p.m. - 6 a.m.) and ON-CALL shifts (AM / PM / NOC), with availability on weekends. Also hiring for part-time PM (2 p.m. - 10 p.m.) and AM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all resident care needs with kindness, communication, and teamwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the appropriate staff.
• Help during meal times, including setting up, serving, and clearing.
• Assist residents with activities and appointments.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes immediately.
• Take accurate vital signs and weights.
• Assist residents with mobility, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Keep CPR/First Aid certifications current.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work with elderly residents; prior experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
• Attend mandatory in-services and meetings.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
