Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands‑on care, assist with daily activities, and help create a comfortable, engaging environment for residents.

A C.N.A. license is not required; we welcome experienced caregivers and individuals pursuing a career in senior living. Full-time positions offer competitive pay, benefits, and a sign-on bonus at hiring events.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

• Document care provided and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold care standards, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.

Full-Time: 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm

Rotating schedule includes weekends/holidays as scheduled

$19-20/hour

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time Hires at Hiring Event - $500 after 60 days and $500 after 90 days

About The Role

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job‑related tasks
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
