Job summary

Amada Senior Care is hiring dedicated caregivers for in-home, non-medical care of seniors. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, and requires travel within 25 miles of the caregiver's home.

Orientation is provided, and positions offer paid training, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and support with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within 25 miles.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors living at home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide medication reminders and supervise safe mobility.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation; light housekeeping.
• Support clients with daily living activities and transportation to appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care

• Medication reminders

• Assist with mobility (walks, transfers, appointments)

• Meal planning and preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Observe and report unusual incidents

• Support clients with daily living activities

What You Need

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• 2+ years caregiving experience (preferred, not required)

• Willingness to work with both male and female clients

• Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Ability to perform all essential job duties
